BGAV Annual Meeting
“Heart for the Not Yet” based on Acts 17:6b “These people who have been turning the world upside down have come here also.”
Speakers: Miriam Swanson, Alan Hirsch, & Rick Warren.
Anyone can attend, but to be registered as a voting messenger, you need to notify the church office of your intent and then there is a two-step process:
- “Each attendee must have a unique email address. Messengers will be approved after church code and messenger allotments are verified.”
- Set up your Whova account for the meeting.
This year, we will be using the Whova app for all meeting-specific information, livestream access, and secure online voting for all messengers via a smart device or computer browser. Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download the Whova app. Once your account is set up in Whova, your pre-registration is complete for this year’s meeting. All messengers must complete this step to be able to vote during the meeting.
Anyone may attend; to register to be a messenger from Orcutt, call the church office by Nov 1st. (757) 249-1280
